The hiring closes, at least for now, the coaching carousel that began when Young accepted the Prescott job, then resigned a month later to return to his old job at Mingus.<br /><br />Moran has plenty of head coaching experience, having led the <b>Bradshaw Mountain</b> program in the 80s and 90s. Young replaces <b>Neil Dixon</b>, Young's long-time assistant, who was named head coach after Young left for Prescott.<br /><br />Young was named Mingus head coach in 1997, but left for two years while he coached at <b>Westwood</b>. The East-West format game will showcase 100 of the best seniors in the nation.<br /><br />"The United States Marine Corps is the embodiment of honor, tradition and working with your teammate to achieve an objective," said Junior Rank founder <b>Shaon Berry</b>. "Nothing will stop a Marine from his objective. The parallels between a winner on and off the field, those same core values, will be manifest in the participants of the bowl game and combine which bears the name of the United States Marine Corps. We look forward to bringing in the best athletes from across the nation to a beautiful setting in Phoenix for a true celebration of the game."<br /><br />The Semper Fidelis All American Bowl will be held in conjunction with Fiesta Bowl Week and the celebration surrounding the BCS bowl game in Arizona.<br /><br />The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is the oldest of the post-season national all-star games. Hamilton is the three-time defending Class 5A Division I champs with a 40-game win streak.<br /><br />One of the main topics on the show will be a game in 2012. That's right, I'm talking about two years from now. Saguaro has won 33 straight, which is the record for a 4A school, but is well short of the all-time Arizona record that is held by <span style="font-weight:bold;">Lakeside Blue Ridge</span>, which won 63 straight between 1994-1998. The Arizona Interscholastic Association is working on a plan to move the games, which were played at Sun Devil Stadium (5A) and Arizona Stadium (4A) in Tuscon last year.<br /><br />In addition, the AIA is working on new dates and states for the 3A and 2A title games.
